Do you only ship to the United States?
- Yes, VIVEVAPE only processes orders from, and delivers to, locations within the United States.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?
- Yes, every order receives a tracking number. You'll get it via email once the package ships. Track your order directly on the carrier's website.

What is the minimum age to purchase from VIVEVAPE?
- You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any vaping products. We require age verification at checkout and adult signature upon delivery (government-issued ID required).

What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and other secure payment options (e.g., PayPal if enabled). All transactions are encrypted for your security.

What is your return/exchange policy?
